Both whole-home systems — city and well — come with the Sentry H2O under-sink drinking system built in. The house gets clean water at every tap; your kitchen sink gets mineral-rich, alkaline drinking water on top.

Well water is different at every address, so every well whole-home order includes a water test up front. Sentry H2O selects the formula and system size from what your well actually shows — for example iron, sulfur, nitrates or arsenic — and the configuration is confirmed with you before it ships. If your water changes later, retest so the formula can be rechecked.

Water use, honestly
Reverse osmosis sends five gallons or more down the drain for every gallon it makes. A well whole-home system has no RO reject stream, but it does send some water to drain so high contaminant loads don't overload the media — the amount depends on your water and configuration.
Alive, not stripped
RO strips calcium, magnesium and oxygen out. Catalytic carbon leaves the minerals in, the AlkaGuard stage adds more back — lab-tested 6.8 → 8.2 pH — and the ToxyGuard oxygenation stage adds oxygen back. Filtered, alkalized and oxygenated.

Is a whole-house system worth it for a well?+
For well-water homes, the assisted order starts with a complimentary test kit. Sentry H2O then selects the formula and size from your lab results, the configuration is confirmed with you before it ships, and you retest if your water changes. The final configuration also determines the maintenance plan, so we do not publish a one-size-fits-all well cadence.
Does it handle bacteria and viruses?+
Treatment depends on your water test and the exact equipment supplied. We have not verified microbial-performance certificate coverage for the supplied Sentry configuration or the exact VIQUA suffix. Do not rely on an unverified configuration to make unsafe water potable.
How do I handle a return, shipping damage or a warranty claim?+

What is catalytic-carbon filtration, and how is it different from reverse osmosis?+
Catalytic-carbon filtration uses specially processed activated carbon that reacts with and breaks down contaminants as water passes through multiple stages. Unlike reverse osmosis, our Sentry H2O systems don't strip the water of everything -- they target the bad stuff while leaving naturally occurring beneficial minerals in place. The non-RO city filtration stages produce no RO reject-water waste.
Does the system need electricity or produce wastewater?+
Our non-RO city filtration stages run on water pressure and produce no RO reject-water waste. UV accessories require power. Well treatment may produce waste or backwash water; requirements depend on the selected configuration.
