Both whole-home systems — city and well — come with the Sentry H2O under-sink drinking system built in. The house gets clean water at every tap; your kitchen sink gets mineral-rich, alkaline drinking water on top.

Better than reverse osmosis

All the clean, none of the reject water.

No reject-water stream

Reverse osmosis sends five gallons or more down the drain for every gallon it makes. The city system has no drain line and no reject-water stream.

Alive, not stripped

RO strips calcium, magnesium and oxygen out. Catalytic carbon leaves the minerals in, the AlkaGuard stage adds more back — lab-tested 6.8 → 8.2 pH — and the ToxyGuard oxygenation stage adds oxygen back. Filtered, alkalized and oxygenated.

Every tap, not one

RO treats a single faucet. This treats the whole house — and still delivers alkaline drinking water at the kitchen sink.

What it takes out

The contaminants city water leaves behind.

Chlorine & chloramine

Catalytic carbon chemically breaks down chloramine — not just chlorine — the longer-lasting disinfectant cheap filters leave behind.

Lead & arsenic

In one independent under-sink lab sample, lead and arsenic were detected before treatment and not detected above the lab’s method detection limit after.

PFAS + PFOS

Measured at the system level by an independent lab: in the under-sink sample most PFAS compounds were not detected above the lab MDL, and the three compounds quantified both before and after fell 97.44% (PFHxA), 99.29% (PFHpA) and 99.93% (PFBS) (sample-specific, not a certification).

Fluoride & VOCs

Fluoride dosed in at the plant, plus VOCs from runoff and solvents, reduced through the same multi-stage media.

Reduction results depend on incoming water chemistry, flow rate and configuration; your results may differ. See the published independent lab reports on our Science page. Sentry H2O does not call its complete systems NSF certified: it uses tested or certified components where applicable, and the lab reports are independent tests of water samples, not a certification.

Salt-free scale control

Every fixture, protected from scale.

Hard water leaves scale on every fixture it touches — indoors and out. The whole-home system treats water with salt-free scale-control media the moment it enters the house, managing the minerals before they harden onto your pipes, water heater and fixtures —without a brine tank or bags of salt. It's protection at every tap.

Illustrative comparison of a scale-protected fixture vs. one on untreated hard water. Salt-free scale control prevents new buildup at the point of entry — it doesn't scrub away deposits that have already formed.

High-nitrate & agricultural water

Nitrates? We build for them.

In agricultural areas and many wells, nitrates are the real concern. The whole-home system iscustom-fitted with nitrate-selective media — selected from independently obtained well results — to target nitrates head-on, without stripping minerals the way reverse osmosis does. It isn't a compromise; it's a matter of building the right system for your water.

Nitrate treatment is configured for documented well and agricultural-area conditions. Review independent regional findings to understand the concern before choosing a system.

End the bottled-water habit

Your tap becomes the source.

A whole-home system means there's nothing to buy, haul, or throw away — clean, filtered water is already waiting at every faucet in the house.

A bright modern luxury spa bathroom at golden hour with a clean walk-in glass shower

Every tap, not just the kitchen

The same clean water in the shower, the laundry and the ice.

Point-of-entry treatment means your whole home runs on filtered water — softer showers, cleaner appliances, better coffee — with alkaline drinking water at the kitchen tap.

Why it matters

The Whole Home, in short.

Every shower, every pot, every load of laundry, every cup of coffee — filtered. Most homes never think about the chlorine, PFAS, fluoride, arsenic and scale in every pipe, quietly working on your skin, your hair and your appliances. Softeners just mask it with salt; reverse osmosis fixes a single tap.

The Sentry H2O Whole House Wellness System treats it all at the source, then sends mineral-rich, alkaline water to your kitchen tap to drink. Choose the city-water configuration that fits your connection and drinking-system setup.

Naturally alkaline

Minerals added back — pH 8.2.

The AlkaGuard stage is designed to add calcium and magnesium back and gently raise pH. Independent lab testing measured 6.83 in, 8.21 out — never stripped flat like reverse-osmosis water.

Lab-tested (under-sink, Tempe). pH varies with source water.

Straight answers

Common questions

Is the Sentry H2O Whole Home right for my home?+

Homeowners who want every tap, shower and appliance protected from one system. Not sure? Our 60-second quiz confirms fit in a minute.

How often do filters need replacing?+

Tank media refreshed with the Whole Home Revitalizer every 1–3 yrs (by household size); under-sink filters at 3,000 gallons or 1 year, whichever comes first. Auto-ship on the refill page renews the exact refill every 12 months at 10% off; replace sooner if your usage reaches the rated gallons first.

What if it is not right for me?+

Contact Mountain Pure Water first at (435) 990-3778; we issue the return instructions before you send anything back. Eligible systems may be returned within 30 days after delivery; restocking fees apply. Sentry H2O filter housings carry a 1-year hardware warranty; see our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms.

Is a whole-house system worth it compared to just filtering the kitchen tap?+

An under-sink system gives you clean drinking and cooking water; a whole-house system extends that to every shower, bath, laundry load and ice maker. The chlorine and chloramine absorbed through the skin during a shower can be a meaningful daily exposure -- a whole-house system removes that concern at every point of use.

Do I install it myself, or does it need a professional?+

Whole-house systems are point-of-entry installations on your main supply line, so professional installation is recommended for correct placement. Once installed they run passively -- no electricity, no daily management -- and media replacement is infrequent (roughly every one to three years on city water).

How do I handle a return, shipping damage or a warranty claim?+

Contact Mountain Pure Water first at (435) 990-3778 with your order number and details of the issue; include photos for shipping damage. We coordinate the review and issue any return instructions, including the correct destination. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Shipping damage, including broken fittings, is reviewed case by case. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy for the 30-day return window, restocking fees and warranty terms.

Is shipping free?+

Free Ground shipping on every order, contiguous US. No minimum. Shipping is $10 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship to US addresses only. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy for details.

What is catalytic-carbon filtration, and how is it different from reverse osmosis?+

Catalytic-carbon filtration uses specially processed activated carbon that reacts with and breaks down contaminants as water passes through multiple stages. Unlike reverse osmosis, our Sentry H2O systems don't strip the water of everything -- they target the bad stuff while leaving naturally occurring beneficial minerals in place. The non-RO city filtration stages produce no RO reject-water waste.

Does the system need electricity or produce wastewater?+

Our non-RO city filtration stages run on water pressure and produce no RO reject-water waste. UV accessories require power. Well treatment may produce waste or backwash water; requirements depend on the selected configuration.

We installed the system about 3 weeks ago and have seen changes in the water spots on our shower doors, spot free dishes coming out of the dishwasher, and the best tasting water ever. So far very happy with our new water system!!

Review of SENTRY WHOLE HOUSE WELLNESS SYSTEM

H2O Whole House Water System Positive Review

The installation, setup and questions answered by Sentry’s qualified installer went seamlessly. We noticed a big difference in the look of our ice cubes, were totally solid looking instead of almost see through. Nelson and his son were very knowledgeable in the quality of water we have now. We are very impressed with them both and our new water.
