Choose your water and filters

Pick city or well water, then 2 or 3 filters. DualGuard (2 filters) is the standard system. TriGuard (3 filters) is an upgrade that adds a third filter stage.

Usually ships within a week. Sentry H2O ships orders on Mondays and Thursdays.

DualGuard covers the city-water basics: ToxyGuard breaks down chlorine, chloramine, lead and arsenic, then AlkaGuard adds calcium and magnesium back for great-tasting water. In independent lab testing of the system, most PFAS compounds reached non-detect. Want the most complete setup? TriGuard adds a third, submicron BioChemGuard stage for $115 more.

See it, then taste it

Straight from the tap, then after Sentry H2O.

Drag the divider. Same glass, same light — only the water changed.

One glass is flat and stripped. The other is bright and mineral-rich — the difference you can taste in the first sip.

Better-tasting and mineral-rich — a taste difference, not a health claim.

What you're living with

The everyday water problems this quietly fixes

A woman in a modern kitchen wincing slightly as she sips a glass of tap water

That pool-water smell

Chlorine and chloramine you can smell before you taste — flavoring every cup of coffee, every ice cube and every pot.

A glass of tap water on a kitchen windowsill with an industrial treatment plant visible through the window

The chemicals you can’t taste

Lead, arsenic, PFAS and chlorine byproducts can pass the legal tests and still reach your glass — this system takes them out, verified in the lab results below.

A single glass of flat, still, lifeless tap water on a kitchen counter

Flat, stripped reverse-osmosis water

RO blasts out the minerals along with the bad stuff — and wastes five gallons or more per gallon produced doing it.

A stack of empty single-use plastic water bottles piled beside a kitchen recycling bin

Bottled water you keep hauling home

Cases in the cart, empties by the bin, money down the drain.

Sentry H2O fixes all of them — clean, mineral-rich water straight from your tap, with nothing hauled home and nothing sent down the drain.

Get the highlights

Four reasons families choose it

A clear glass filling with bright, clean water on a warm oak counter in golden morning light

Zero water wasted

No drain line, no wastewater. A typical reverse-osmosis system sends five gallons or more down the drain for every gallon it makes.

Minerals kept in

AlkaGuard is designed to add calcium and magnesium back — lab-tested pH 6.83 → 8.21.

Built in stages

The stages behind the difference you taste

Catalytic carbon targets chlorine, chloramine, lead, arsenic and fluoride, and an oxygenation stage adds oxygen back; AlkaGuard is designed to add calcium and magnesium back and gently lift the pH. So your water is filtered, alkalized and oxygenated — and in independent lab testing of the full system, most PFAS compounds reached non-detect. Optional BioChemGuard adds submicron media for wells (component evidence only).

Stage 1 · catalytic carbon

ToxyGuard

Catalytic carbon and reduction media break down chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, lead and arsenic as water passes through — and an oxygenation stage adds oxygen back. (PFAS is measured for the system as a whole — see the lab results.)

Stage 2 · minerals back in

AlkaGuard

Designed to add calcium and magnesium back and gently raise pH — the minerals reverse osmosis strips out are kept in, for a cleaner, rounder taste.

Optional · wells (TriGuard)

BioChemGuard

Optional third stage for wells: NASA-derived NanoCeram submicron media with component evidence only (media-level data, not a system test), right at the tap.

Stage names and targets match our published independent lab results. BioChemGuard is an optional third stage on the TriGuard (well) configuration.

Straight answers

Common questions

Is the Sentry H2O Undersink Wellness System right for my home?+

Families who want clean, great-tasting drinking water at the kitchen tap. On a well or worried about bacteria? The TriGuard 3-filter config adds BioChemGuard submicron media (component evidence only). Not sure? Our 60-second quiz confirms fit in a minute.

DualGuard or TriGuard — which do I pick?+

DualGuard (2 filters) suits city water. TriGuard adds a third BioChemGuard stage — submicron media with component evidence only (media-level data) — the right call for wells, homes near farmland, after flooding, or anyone who wants the extra margin.

How often do filters need replacing?+

Replace the DualGuard drinking filters at 3,000 gallons or 1 year, whichever comes first. Choose auto-ship every 12 months on the replacement-filter page and the exact set renews on that schedule at 10% off.

Does it waste water like reverse osmosis?+

No. There is no drain line and no wastewater. A typical reverse-osmosis system sends five gallons or more down the drain for every gallon it makes — the Wellness System sends none.

Are Sentry H2O systems NSF certified?+

No. We do not call the complete systems NSF certified. Sentry H2O uses tested or certified components where applicable, and the independent lab reports on our Science page are third-party tests of water samples, not certification.

How does the Sentry H2O Wellness System filter water?+

It runs your water through up to five sequential stages under your sink. ToxyGuard works on chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, lead and arsenic; AlkaGuard then re-mineralizes the water and raises its pH slightly for a cleaner taste. On well water, the optional BioChemGuard TriGuard third stage adds submicron media with component evidence only. And in independent lab testing of the full system, most PFAS compounds reached non-detect.

Does it reduce PFAS (forever chemicals)?+

Yes -- and we can point to the test. In independent before-and-after lab testing of the Sentry H2O Wellness System, most PFAS compounds were not detected above the lab's method detection limit; the three compounds quantified both before and after fell 97.44% (PFHxA), 99.29% (PFHpA) and 99.93% (PFBS). That's a measured result for the system as a whole (see the Science page for the full report), without the waste stream or complexity of a membrane system.

How hard is it to install?+

About 15 minutes, no plumber and no special tools. It fits under a standard kitchen sink and connects to your existing cold-water line -- there's no drain line to run and no electrical work, because the system needs neither. A step-by-step guide is included and our team is on hand if anything comes up.

How do I handle a return, shipping damage or a warranty claim?+

Contact Mountain Pure Water first at (435) 990-3778 with your order number and details of the issue; include photos for shipping damage. We coordinate the review and issue any return instructions, including the correct destination. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Shipping damage, including broken fittings, is reviewed case by case. See our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy for the 30-day return window, restocking fees and warranty terms.

Awesome water system!

We absolutely love the Sentry H2O water system. Both my husband and I were skeptical at first, thinking that the water would still have a fun taste…We were wrong—it tastes great! Easy to install and fast delivery!

Review of SENTRY WELLNESS SYSTEM

In love

I love love my new system. We put in a water spout to use for now. Replaced a distillery system so saving time and aggravation. And the water tastes good.
